Retreats: Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: Immediately upon registration

Thank you for choosing to join A Carri Richard Retreat. By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, including deposits, payment plans, and full payments.

If you choose a payment plan, your card will be charged automatically on the schedule you selected.

Failed payments must be resolved within 3 business days to maintain your reservation.

2. Transferability

If you can no longer attend:

Your retreat spot may be transferred to another participant you choose, with written approval from Carri.

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 30 days before retreat start.

3. What’s Included

Your retreat fee covers the specific inclusions outlined on the retreat page, which may include:

Accommodation

Meals

Group coaching sessions

Retreat activities

Transportation from the relevent Airports to the retreat location

Any add-ons (private room, extension trip) will be reflected as separate charges.

4. What’s Not Included

International airfare

Travel insurance

Personal expenses

Optional excursions not listed as included

Alcohol, specialty beverages, or meals not explicitly stated as included

5. Travel Requirements & Documentation

You are solely responsible for:

Having a valid passport

Meeting the country's entry requirements

Securing travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Failure to obtain required documentation does not qualify for a refund.

6. Health & Safety

By registering, you confirm:

You are physically and mentally able to participate in retreat activities

You release Carri Richard from liability related to illness, injury, or travel interruptions

You will notify the retreat team of any medical concerns

7. Program Changes

Carri reserves the right to:

Adjust programming

Replace facilitators

Modify the schedule

Change venues if necessary

Any such changes will maintain the integrity and value of the retreat experience.

8. Retreat Cancellation

If the retreat must be canceled by Carri due to events such as:

natural disaster

political instability

insufficient enrollment

global health events

Participants will receive:

Full transfer of funds to a future retreat or

Credit toward other programs

No cash refunds will be issued.

9. Media Release

By attending, you consent to the use of any photographs or videos taken during the retreat for promotional purposes unless you request exclusion in writing before the retreat begins.

10. Agreement

Completion of your booking and clicking “Book” on the checkout form indicates full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
